Maria Inez Salazar

Maria Inez Salazar, a beloved soul who touched the hearts of many, peacefully passed on November 28, 2023, in Avondale, Arizona. She graced this world on February 22, 1941, in the serene town of Nixon Falls, Texas.

In the journey of life, Maria Inez found her true companion in Ruben Louie Ortiz Salazar in Eloy, Arizona. Together they shared a bond that transcended time and space.

Maria Inez leaves behind a legacy of love and family. She is survived by seven children who carry forward her light, as well as sixteen grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren who were the apple of her eye. A cherished sibling also mourns her departure.

Joining her in eternal peace is her beloved husband Ruben Louie Ortiz Salazar, who awaited her with open arms on the other side.

A  celebration of Inez's life will be held on Thursday, February 22, 2024, at 10:00 AM at St. Helen of the Cross Catholic Church in Eloy, Arizona. The ceremony will be followed by an Inurnment at the Eloy Memorial Park where she will rest surrounded by nature's embrace.
