Maria Tejeda

ARIZONA CITY — Maria de la Luz Tejeda, 95, of Arizona City died on Oct. 14, 2010, at Hospice Family Care in Casa Grande.
Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. today at J. Warren Funeral Services, Cole & Maud The Gardens Chapel, with rosary recited at 6. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church by the Rev. Felix Rodriguez.
Ms. Tejeda was born on March 4, 1915, in Arandas, Jalisco, Mexico, and was a daughter of Francisco Tejeda and Magdalena Angulo. She was a homemaker and enjoyed reading and spending time with her family.
Survivors include four daughters, Martha Martinez of Arizona City, Corina Gonzalez of Nogales, Sonora, Mexico, Sara Del Castillo of Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico, and Carmen Macias of El Paso, Texas; 22 grandchildren; 58 great-grandchildren; and 41 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Pedro Arguelles.
