Marianne Cavazos

Marianne Cavazos, 56, of Tucson died on Dec. 14, 2011, at home.
The scripture service will be at 11 a.m. Monday at J. Warren Funeral Services, Cole & Maud The Gardens Chapel in Casa Grande. Inurnment will be at 2 p.m. in Mountain View Cemetery.
Ms. Cavazos was born on June 30, 1955, in Eloy. She was a social worker and a University of Arizona sports fan. She was known for her smile and was devoted to her family.
Survivors include her husband, Jose Lopez; three daughters, Rachel Cavazos of Phoenix, Christina M. Brown of Scottsdale and Neely Cavazos of Tucson; three brothers, Raul Garcia of Casa Grande, Herbert Garcia of Picacho and Daniel Garcia of Salinas, Calif.; two sisters, Bertha Castro of Tucson and Joanne Galindo of Eloy; and three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ramon Galindo and Lorenza Reyes, and two brothers, Steve and Larry Garcia.
