Marilyn Mae Springer, 71, of Casa Grande died on May 19, 2011, at Casa Grande Regional Medical Center.
The memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at J. Warren Funeral Services, Cole & Maud The Gardens Chapel, with Pastors Raymond Wilson and Don Brackbill Jr. officiating.
Mrs. Springer was born on Sept. 26, 1939, in Colby, Kan., and was a daughter of Brice T. and Edith Henry. She was a homemaker and enjoyed camping with her grandsons, cooking, sewing and singing and was a member of a gospel quartet. She was a member of Desert Sky Baptist Church and enjoyed spending summers in Payson and playing dominoes with her husband.
Survivors include her husband of 52 years, Alfred L.; a son, Allen W. Springer of Nampa, Idaho; a daughter, Melody E. Wilcox of Phoenix; a brother, Patrick J. Henry of Coolidge; a sister, JoElla Bording of Prescott; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother, Thomas B. Henry.
