GOODYEAR VILLAGE — Marion Reynolds Stogner, 83, of Chandler died on March 7, 2012, at Chandler Regional Medical Center.
The funeral will be at 9 a.m. Thursday at Goodyear Presbyterian Church. Burial will be in Snaketown Cemetery.
Mr. Stogner was born on June 13, 1928, in Henrietta, Okla., and was a son of Judson W. and Lilly Stogner. He served in the Army from 1947 to 1957 and was a sergeant and a Korean War veteran. He worked at a paper mill in Antioch, Calif., for 33 years and was a foreman. He was a member of Goodyear Presbyterian Church, serving his church community and singing in the choir. He would feed the doves in the morning at his home and enjoyed working in his vegetable garden.
Survivors include his wife, Wanda M.; two sons, John Stogner of Chandler and Mark Stogner of California; a daughter, Margaret Vaughan of Mississippi; a brother, Athol Stogner of California; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
J. Warren Funeral Services, Mountain View Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
