Marjorie Faye Gunther, 86, of Casa Grande died on April 28, 2012, at home.
A private service was planned.
Mrs. Gunther was born on Jan. 19, 1926, in Los Angeles and was a daughter of Emmett and Viola DeVault. She formerly lived in Palm Springs, Calif., and worked as a certified nursing assistant at St. Bernardine Medical Center in San Bernardino, Calif. She later was an office manager for a doctor for five years, then worked in banking for 13 years and worked her way up from teller to office manager. She was a good cook and baker and was known as a good person.
Survivors include her husband, Leo C. Sr., with whom she celebrated 71 years of marriage in the past year; a son, Leo C. Gunther Jr. of Casa Grande; four grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
J. Warren Funeral Services, Mountain View Chapel was in charge of arrangements.
