ANEGAM VILLAGE - Mark Antonio Ramon, 46, died at home on June 3, 2016.
Mr. Ramon was born on July 16, 1969, in Sells. He was a construction worker and also a well-known artist who created murals in area casinos. He loved drawing and had a passion for Native American art. He was active in his community and church and loved spending time with his family.
Survivors include his companion, Evelyn Andrews; two sons, Shane Ramon of Fort Bliss, Texas, and Marcus Ramon of California; three brothers, Vernetto J. and Celayo Ramon of Sells and Leon Ramon of Tucson; a sister, Angelina Antone of San Simon Village; and three grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Louis S. and Viola E. Ramon, and a sister, Marcelina Ramon.
The wake will begin at 6 p.m. Thursday at the Lenora Jose home. The graveside service will be early Friday in Sells Baptist Cemetery.
