Mark Easton

ELOY - Mark Shain Easton, 49, of Eloy, known as Shane, died on Oct. 3, 2014.

Rosary will be recited at 8:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Helen of the Cross Catholic Church. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 9 by the Rev. Alonzo Garcia. Interment will be next to his parents and two brothers in Fairview Cemetery, Burlington, Colorado.

Mr. Easton was born on May 5, 1965, in Bethany, Missouri, to Mary (Walstrom) and Richard "Dick" Easton Sr., the last of nine children. Married for a short time and divorced, he had no children. He lived in Eloy most of his adult life and considered it his home.

He worked for Santa Cruz Pump Co. and "became a part of the Martinez family." He was a member of St. Helen’s Church and loved to spend his free time fishing and hunting.

Survivors include two sisters, Lisa Percell and Sharon Coleman; two brothers, Joe and Rick Easton; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and four brothers, Kenny, Billy, Mike and Terry Easton.
