ARIZONA CITY — Marlene M. Wienands, 71, of Arizona City died on July 31, 2010, at Hospice Family Care in Casa Grande.
A time to share will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Wienands home.
Mrs. Wienands was born on Sept. 2, 1938, in Waterloo, Iowa. She was an office manager for a car dealership. She enjoyed road trips that ended with visiting family members.
Survivors include her husband, Dean E.; two daughters, Marianne Aneweer of Hudson, Iowa, and Lori McKenzie of Rustburg, Va.; four sons, Mark Brasch of Fairbank, Iowa, Michael Brasch of Arizona City, Dennis Wienands of Chandler and Jim Wienands of Casa Grande; two sisters, Karen McLaughlin of Independence, Iowa, and Diane Youngblut of Jesup, Iowa; four brothers, Gary Vogel of Dubuque, Iowa, Donald Vogel of Peoria, Ariz., James Vogel of Dunkerton, Iowa, and Larry Vogel of Jesup; her mother, Adeline Vogel of Independence; nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father, Francis Vogel.
