SACATON - Marshall A. Whitman Jr., 36, of Sacaton died on Feb. 12, 2017, at home.
Mr. Whitman was born on Oct. 9, 1980, in Sacaton and was a son of Marshall Whitman Sr. and Jolene (Pratt) Lopez.
Survivors include two sons, Kaya and Marshall Whitman III, and three siblings, Kaya Garcia, Avalene Moreno and Carolene Whitman. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation from 6 to 10 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 23, at the District 3 Service Center. Funeral at 7 a.m. Friday, Feb. 24, at First Presbyterian Church in Sacaton, with the Rev. Loretta Blackwater officiating. Burial in East Sacaton Cemetery.
