Martha M. Rosenthal

CASA GRANDE - Martha M. Rosenthal, 90, of Casa Grande died on Sept. 24, 2018, in Phoenix.

Mrs. Rosenthal was born on Feb. 26, 1928, in Drifton, Pennsylvania. She lived in Casa Grande for eight years after living in Sun City, California, for 26 years. She married Macey N. Rosenthal on March 8, 1947.

She was an assistant speech writer for a Navy four-star admiral, an office manager and sales associate for a cemetery, a cemetery representative in an at-need department and handled sales for a second cemetery. She enjoyed painting and card games.

Survivors include a daughter, Alice Fuller of Casa Grande; a sister, Mary Woodring of Freeland, Pennsylvania; a brother, Thomas Hollednak of Shallowater, Texas; three grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband; a son, David Rosenthal; and a brother, Johnny Hollednak.

Visitation beginning at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 2, at J. Warren Funeral Services, Mountain View Chapel. Burial on Friday, Oct. 5, in Riverside National Cemetery in California.
