Marvin James Romero

PHOENIX — Marvin James Romero, 47, of Phoenix died on May 21, 2013, at Maryvale Hospital.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Urban Faith City Church, 4001 E. Broadway Road, No. 3, in Phoenix, with the Rev. Ed Galindo officiating. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery in Avondale.
Mr. Romero was born on June 18, 1965, in Phoenix. He was a paving laborer and was devoted to his children and grandchildren.
Survivors include a daughter, Melissa Romero Garcia of Phoenix; two sons, Jason P. and Marvin J. Romero Jr. of Tucson; his parents, Patrick and Virginia Nogales Romero of Phoenix; two sisters, Evelyn Maldonado of Phoenix and Vivian Bustos of San Antonio, Texas; and six grandchildren.
