Mary Anissa Salazar-Chavarria

ARIZONA CITY - Mary Anissa Salazar-Chavarria, infant daughter of Raquel M. and David Chavarria of Arizona City, was born and died on Jan. 3, 2008 at Casa Grande Regional Medical Center.

The graveside service will be at 1 p.m. Thursday in Eloy Memorial Park.

In addition to her parents, survivors include a sister, Larissa Chavarria of Arizona City; three brothers, Adrian Leos Jr., David D. Chavarria Jr. and Raymond Montiel, all of Arizona City; grandparents, Frank and Mary Salazar and Ernestina Gonzalez, all of Arizona City; and great-grandparents, Luis and Lupe Rodriguez and Trinidad Gonzalez, all of Eloy. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Francisco Chavarria, and great-grandparents, Amado Gonzalez and Soledad and Francisco Salazar Sr.
