Mary Ann Lantz

CASA GRANDE - Mary Ann Lantz, 65, of Casa Grande died on Jan. 5, 2017, at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix.

Mrs. Lantz was born in Cherokee, Iowa, on Sept. 24, 1951, to Raymond and Audrey Goettsche. She was above all devoted to her family. She enjoyed spending time with her family, collecting bells, Garth Brooks' music and working at the Arizona Training Program at Coolidge.

She shared her birthday with her youngest daughter, Keri Ann. She was proud of the life she lived and the family that surrounded her.

She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Charles; two daughters and a son, Debra Eaton of Burke, Virginia, Charles Lantz Jr. of Springfield, Tennessee, and Keri Giles of Coolidge; four siblings, Arvid, Carlton and Kalion Goettsche and Paul Archer; six grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by a grandson, Connor Smith.
