Mary-Elizabeth Landrum

October 10, 1940 — April 18, 2020

Mary-Elizabeth Landrum, 79, also known as Beth, of Arizona City, Arizona, went to be with her Lord and Savior, on Saturday, April 18, 2020. She passed away peacefully in her home. Born on October 10, 1940 in Staten Island, NY to the late William Rockstroh and Joan McHattie, Beth graduated from the Staten Island Academy and later earned an Associate of Science in Library Science and a Real Estate License. She was best known for her generous work volunteering in many organizations, and as a caring homemaker, wife, mother, grandmother, and friend.

Beth was a member of St. Peter’s Episcopal Church where she was active volunteering for Laundry Love, working with the children in the nursery, and serving as a member of Daughters of the King. The congregation knew her as "a small person who filled St. Peter’s with a gigantic loving presence." She was always ready to listen to, pray with, and help others.

Her family will always remember her faith in and love of our Lord, her quirky sense of humor, her imaginative gifts, and her love of nature, especially the look of wonder in her eyes and her bright smile each time she appreciated beauty in the world. Beth was always willing to find beauty in all things and people, to listen and to care for others in the best way that she could.

Beth will be missed and is survived by her four daughters, Mary-Edith "DeeDee" Pulver and her husband Barry, Anne Savill and her husband Paul, Tricia Yates and her husband Kenny, Maureen Wilson and her husband Lane, and her two stepsons, Darrel Landrum and his wife Debbie, and David Landrum and his wife Kathy. She is also survived by her many grandchildren and great grandchildren: Matthew, Kyle, Kelly, McKenzie, Patrick, Cameron, Morgan, Rachael, Ian, Colin, Bernadette, David, Darrel Jr., Lauren, Ivy, Daisy, Marissa, Jameson, Jodelle, Summer, and Isabella. Beth is also survived by her siblings: Richard Rockstroh, Ally Berens, Jerry McHattie, and Chris McHattie. She was preceded in death by her first husband Charles McGinn, her son David McGinn, and second husband Cecil Landrum. Lastly, Beth was known as a loving Dog Mom of Trixie and Clifford.

Due to social distancing restrictions, a celebration of Beth’s life is being planned for a later date. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a contribution in her memory to Laundry Love or the food pantry at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church 704 E. McMurray Blvd., Casa Grande, AZ 85122 (www.stpetersepiscopalcg.org) or to a charity of your choice.
