Matthew James Young,

Matthew James Young Sr., 77, of Casa Grande died on July 2, 2010, at home.
The celebration of life will begin at 11 a.m. Saturday at J. Warren Funeral Services, Cole & Maud The Gardens Chapel, with the Rev. Hank Cannon officiating.
Mr. Young was born on Sept. 27, 1932, in Stroud, Okla., and was a son of Andy and Rosie Young. He was a truck driver and worked in construction. He was a 32nd Degree Mason and received an award for 20 years of dedication to the Juneteenth festivities in Casa Grande.
Survivors include his wife, Erma; four sons, Wayne, Claudell and Matthew Young Jr., all of Casa Grande, and James Young Cartwright of Florence; a daughter, De Ann Sharp of Casa Grande; a sister, Fern Stewart of Tucson; 13 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
