Max "Gene" Swearengin

CASA GRANDE - Max "Gene" Swearengin, 94, of Casa Grande died on Nov. 2, 2016, at home.

Mr. Swearengin was born in Mount Vernon, Missouri, to Robert and Flora Swearengin.

He is survived by his wife of eight years, Philene; a stepson, Paul White; and five stepgrandchildren. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Lola; two brothers, Johnny and Billy Swearengin; and a sister, Marjorie "Evelyn" Swearengin.

Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. Saturday at J. Warren Funeral Services, Cole & Maud The Gardens Chapel.

The funeral will follow at 10. Burial will be in Mountain View Cemetery.
