Melanie Pedro-Lewis

CASA BLANCA - Melanie Ann "Millie" Pedro-Lewis, 30, died on Feb. 1, 2018.


Ms. Pedro-Lewis was born on Feb. 4, 1987, in Phoenix to Gary and Lorna James Pedro. She was a lifelong resident of Arizona and had worked as a cook aide for the Gila River Indian Community for about a year. She married Nicholas O. Lewis in Sacaton on June 30, 2017.








She was an avid Arizona Cardinals fan as well as a fan of Marilyn Monroe and was devoted to her family.


She was preceded in death by her parents and is survived by her husband; her three children, Analysa Morgan, Nevaeh Morgan-Pedro and Jaszmine Pedro; and three brothers, Melvin C. Pedro, Jerry W. Pedro Sr. and Allen Pedro.








Wake from 6 to 10 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 9, at the District 5 Service Center in Casa Blanca. Funeral at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 10, at her home, 127 Pedro Site in Bapchule. Burial in Cowboy Cemetery at Casa Blanca.
