ARIZONA CITY — Michael Aaron Ontiveros Jr., 5, of Arizona City died on May 25, 2010, at Casa Grande Regional Medical Center.
Visitation will begin at 8 a.m. Friday at J. Warren Funeral Services, Cole & Maud The Gardens Chapel in Casa Grande. The funeral will follow at 9, with Pastor Jaime Chavez officiating. Burial will be in Mountain View Cemetery.
Michael was born on Oct. 11, 2004, in Chandler.
Survivors include his mother, Marisa M. Ontiveros of Arizona City; a brother, Adam M. Ontiveros of Arizona City; two sisters, Ariel M. and Arianna M. Ontiveros of Arizona City; and grandparents, Sonya Ontiveros of Arizona City, Irene Villarreal of Maricopa and Tony Medrano Sr. of Casa Grande.
