When Janet Warren’s father first took ownership of Eloy Valley Chapel in 1953, he couldn’t have known that someday his great-grandchildren would carry out his legacy of service rooted in dignity and commitment to their neighbors through funeral homes, crematories and a cemetery serving families throughout Casa Grande, Coolidge, Eloy, Maricopa and Ajo.

Janet married Eloy native Jerry Warren, who earned a mortuary science degree, and the couple took over her father's business. Together, they grew the company, acquiring local funeral homes and developing new facilities to better serve the evolving needs of the region.

Now part of the Dignity Memorial® network, J. Warren Funeral Services continues to provide families with care that is second to none.

Cole & Maud The Gardens Chapel is just minutes from Maricopa. Our flagship funeral home has the largest chapel in Casa Grande, a full-service reception hall, onsite catering and bilingual staff.

Mountain View Chapel & Crematorium and Casa Grande Mountain View Cemetery

The county’s only full-service combination funeral home, crematory and cemetery allows families to plan all their end-of-life services in one comforting location.

Cole & Maud Coolidge Chapel

A trusted funeral and cremation provider for the Gila River Indian Community, the funeral home includes a small chapel and J. Warren Flower Shop, offering fresh arrangements for every occasion.

Pinal County’s oldest mortuary has served families for more than 75 years. It is home to Janet’s Flowers and just a short drive to Eloy Memorial Park.

Douglass Funeral Home

Serving the historic mining town of Ajo and located near the Port of Puerto Peñasco, the only funeral home in the area shares its location with Ajo Flower Shop.

A timeline of innovation and care

As customs and traditions have evolved, so has J. Warren Funeral Services. While embracing innovation and staying ahead of trends, the principles on which our family business was founded remain unchanged: honor, dignity and compassionate care. Here’s how that’s looked in the last 25 years.

• 2000 – Began operating Mountain View Cemetery in Casa Grande.
• 2002 – Purchased Douglass Funeral Home in Ajo.
• 2004 – Opened The Gardens Chapel, designed to accommodate larger memorial services and celebrations of all kinds, at the memorial park.
• 2009 – Added the county’s only state-of-the-art crematory at Mountain View Cemetery.
• 2013 – Developed Serenity Gardens, featuring a cremation burial garden, columbarium, granite pavilion and water feature.
• 2013 – Built Memory Gardens Reception Hall, a 1,900-square-foot event space for celebrations of life, weddings, christenings, corporate events and more.
• 2024 – Became part of the Texas-based Dignity Memorial network, with the Warren family continuing to operate each location day to day.
