CASA BLANCA — Michael "Mike" Laws, 21, of Casa Blanca died on Nov. 23, 2011.
The wake will begin at 5 p.m. Friday at the Laws home. The funeral will be at 7 a.m. Saturday in Vah-Ki Arbor. Burial will be in Vah-Ki Cemetery.
Mr. Laws was born on Jan. 17, 1990, in Phoenix. He was a restaurant/casino dishwasher. He enjoyed being with his family, playing basketball, going to work, skateboarding and listening to music.
Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Trisha A. Laws and Francis Martinez of Casa Blanca; his companion, Virginia Pedro; a daughter, Nia Laws of Casa Blanca; a son, Jordan Laws of Casa Blanca; two brothers, Cole and Gary Johnson Jr. of Casa Blanca; three sisters, Tiffany and Kelly Laws and Garisha Johnson, all of Casa Blanca; and grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Gene Laws Sr. He was preceded in death by his grandmother Elaine Antone.
