Michelle Carranza Duran

STANFIELD - Michelle Diane Carranza Duran, 50, of Stanfield died on March 21, 2014, at home.

The celebration of life will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Casa Grande.

Mrs. Duran was born on July 11, 1963, in Casa Grande. Known for her green corn tamales, she was a homemaker and loved to cook. She also liked to fish and camp. She always lived on the farm and loved gardening and being outdoors. She always put her family first.

Survivors include her husband of 31 years, Henry; her father, Carlos Carranza Jr. of Stanfield; two brothers, Christopher and Carlos Carranza III of Stanfield; and a sister, Angela Carranza of Stanfield. She was preceded in death by her mother, Frances Carranza, and a sister, Bridgette Carranza Fugere.
