Mildred Pool-Cutter

CASA GRANDE - Mildred Pool-Cutter, 91, of Casa Grande died at home on April 18, 2016.

Ms. Pool-Cutter was born on Jan. 27, 1925, in Beavers Bend, Oklahoma, and was a daughter of Tommy and Rittie Mae Robbins. She was a production worker for Hexcel for 26 years and enjoyed going to casinos and cooking for her family. As the matriarch of her family, she hosted all family get-togethers.

Her kids were her life, and she loved spending time with them and caring for them, going walking and climbing mountains. She was very active, always on the go and enjoyed working on her yard and being outside. She loved music and taught her children how to love by example. She was caring and loving and a woman of great faith, raising her children that way.

Survivors include three daughters, Linda Gray and Patty Knight of Casa Grande and Norma Atkins of Peoria; three sons, Troy Pool of Globe, Roy and Michael Pool of Casa Grande; three sisters, Janie Heath, LaDean Butler and Mary Alba, all of Oklahoma; three brothers, Raymond and Jerry Robbins of Oklahoma and Wayne Robbins of Mesa; 13 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and 11 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Troy Pool; a sister, Magada Legg; four brothers, Kelly, Leroy, Jewell and Mackie Robbins; and a grandson, Roy Pool Jr.

Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. Saturday at J. Warren Funeral Services, Mountain View Chapel. The graveside service will follow at 10 in Mountain View Cemetery, with Pastor Wayne Wallace officiating.
