Monica Julia Sullivan

Monica Julia Sullivan, born in Stanley, ND on March 26, 1923 to Harmon and Julia Gray, died
August 24, 2013. She married Patrick Sullivan on October 18, 1944. They lived in Mohall, ND before moving with their eight children to Casa Grande in 1958. Monica was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church. She loved and lived her faith throughout her life. Being a mother was her greatest joy. She leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, courage, faith
and humility that has touched the lives of her family, friends, and those who knew her.
Monica is survived by eight children: Tim, Mary (Rod), Lori (Danny), Dottie (Kurt), Tom (Dawn), Jerry (Gloria), Judy, Bobby (Buvana); a brother Bob Gray; 20 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband Patrick, a son John, and two brothers John and Jim Gray.
Our family wishes to extend our heartfelt gratitude for the loving care our mother received from the nurses, caregivers and staff at Oasis Pavilion Nursing and Rehab Center. They became our extended family as we made this journey with our mother. We also thank Hospice of the Valley for their guidance, kindness and support.
A private service was held.
