Nancy Ann Arnett Burdsall, 80, of Stanfield, Arizona, died on August 5, 2023. She was born June 21, 1943, in Sullivan, Indiana and moved to Phoenix, Arizona in 1953.
She and John R. Burdsall were married in August 1963. They lived on various ranches in northern Arizona before moving to the Stanfield area in 1969. Nancy held various positions at Valley National Bank, later Bank One, for twenty-eight years, ending her banking career as an assistant manager. She was one of the founding members of the Casa Grande FFA Alumni Association and held several offices within the organization. She was a member and past president of the Casa Grande chapter of Epsilon Sigma Alpha. Nancy was also, a member of Casa Grande Valley Cotton Women where she served on the Board of Directors and worked on many committees. She was an avid cook and loved to feed anyone who came by. She was notorious for her Christmas cookie platters and was known to bake dozens of different cookie types, fudge, banana bread, and candy to take to friends over the holidays. Nancy enjoyed rodeos, ranch life, cattle, horses and would run you over to get to a George Strait concert!
Nancy is survived by her husband John R. Burdsall, one daughter Misti L. Todd (Rick) of Florence, grandchildren Kalee Ann Lambert of Chandler, Cole Todd of Idaho, and Jennifer Sopha of Colorado.
Nancy was preceded in death by her mother, stepfather, a sister and three brothers.
Memorial Service will be held on Friday, August 25, 2023, at 10 am. The Gardens Chapel, 525 N. Peart Rd., Casa Grande, Az.
