Naomi B. Meadows, 59, a longtime Coolidge florist, died on Nov. 24, 2011, in Casa Grande.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Friday at J. Warren Funeral Services, Cole & Maud Coolidge Chapel, with Pastor Byron Sanders officiating. Burial will be in Valley Memorial Park.
Ms. Meadows was born on Feb. 19, 1952, in Florence. She worked in a family business, Coolidge Flower Shop, for nearly 30 years. She valued her community and served as president of the Coolidge Chamber of Commerce. She always had an open ear and a kind word for people and was an animal lover and advocate for animal shelters. The greatest loves of her life were her great-niece and -nephew Mackenzie and Trevor.
Survivors include her mother, Pamelia Meadows of Coolidge; a brother, John Meadows of Queen Creek; a sister, Pamelia Meadows of Williams; and three nieces. She was preceded in death by her father, William T. Meadows.
