Nicklis Robert Jones

GOODYEAR VILLAGE - Nicklis Robert Jones, 29, died on April 7, 2016, at HonorHealth Scottsdale Osborn Medical Center.

Mr. Jones was born on Dec. 26, 1986, in Phoenix. He was a golf course groundskeeper and enjoyed watching football, golfing, listening to and making music, camping and being with his nephews and nieces.

He enjoyed hanging out with family and friends and having cook-outs and was a hard worker who was always willing to help his family and friends. He was an easygoing guy who joked around and made people laugh.

Survivors include his parents, Joy and Robert Jones Sr. of Goodyear Village; three brothers, Matthew and Dominic Jones of Goodyear Village and Robert Jones Jr. of Casa Blanca; and three sisters, Amber Martinez and Anissa Notah of Casa Grande and Maureen Vasquez of Casa Blanca.

Visitation will be from 6 to 10 p.m. Friday at the District 4 Service Center. The graveside service will be at 7 a.m. Saturday in Upper Santan Presbyterian Cemetery, with Pastor Ralph Morris officiating.
