Norma Mae Parsons, 75, died on Dec. 2, 2010, at Mercy Gilbert Medical Center.
Visitation will be from 6 to 10 p.m. Friday at the District 4 Service Center. The funeral will be at 9 a.m. Saturday at Lower Santan Presbyterian Church, with the Rev. Richard Blackwater officiating. Burial will be in Lower Santan Cemetery.
Ms. Parsons was born on May 15, 1935, in Sacaton and was a daughter of Juan Parsons and Ella Perkins. She was a school cook and was “everybody’s grandma.”
Survivors include four daughters, Gloria Holguin and Sandra Pardonnett of Lower Santan, Josie Ramirez of Phoenix and Michelle Ramirez of Casa Blanca; six sons, Salvador, Norman, Reynold, Robert and Jose Ramirez and Richard Parsons, all of Lower Santan; 48 grandchildren; and 33 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by three children.
