Norman Walter Short

Norman Walter Short, 77, of Casa Grande, passed away December 1, 2020. Preceded in death by his parents Norman E. and Violet Short and sister Patricia Warren. Beloved husband of Linda Short of Casa Grande, devoted father of Keith Wayne Short of Caddo Mills TX, Melody Ann Millsap of Athens Tx and Scott Mackey of Colorado Springs CO. Mr. Short was a member of the Pinal County Cowboy Church and proudly served his country as a US Navy Seal. After the military he served his community as a Police Officer in Colorado Springs, CO for 27 years before retiring in 1995. Mr. Short was also an accomplished professional horseman and team roper who qualified for the National Final Rodeo. J Warren Funeral Services have been entrusted with arrangements.
