**Obituary for Octavio Grijalva Jr.**
Octavio Grijalva Jr., a cherished soul, left this world on August 9, 2024, at the young age of 24. Born on January 26, 2000, he was a beloved son of Coletta Ulloa and Octavio Grijalva-Herrera, and was lovingly raised by Jose and Yolanda Quintero, who instilled in him the values of family and compassion.
Octavio's life, though brief, was illuminated by the love he shared with his daughter, Arizenah Grijalva, of Marana, Arizona, and his significant other, Cheryl Fulwilder. His spirit continues to live on through his siblings, Rolando Quintero and Josephina Quintero of Stotonic, Arizona, as well as Carlie Jackson, Paulette Ulloa of Sacaton, Arizona, Analisa Jackson of Stotonic, Arizona, and Thomas Ulloa of Phoenix, Arizona.
He has been preceded in death by his loving parents, Jose and Yolanda Quintero, and his brothers, Carlos Jackson, Ivan Ulloa, and Pablo Ulloa Jr., along with his biological father, Octavio Grijalva-Herrera. Their memories will forever be etched in the hearts of those who knew and loved Octavio.
As we gather to honor Octavio’s life, we celebrate the joy he brought into the lives of others and remember him for his laughter, kindness, and the deep connections he formed with family and friends. He will always be remembered for the warmth he shared and the love he gave. May his soul find peace, and may his spirit continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to know him.
A gathering to honor Octavio's life will take place on Thursday, August 29, 2024, with a Wake Service at 6:00 PM at the Vah-Ki Multi-Purpose Building. On Friday, August 30, 2024, friends and family will come together for graveside services beginning at 6:00 AM at the Vah-Ki Cemetery.
In celebrating Octavio's life, we remember the joy he brought to those around him and the love that will always connect him to his family and friends. He will be deeply missed but lovingly remembered.
