Oliver Darius Brown

GHA'CKA VILLAGE - Oliver Darius Brown, 6, died on Sept. 25, 2017.
Oliver was born on Nov. 29, 2010, in Sells to Frances (Martin) and Gary Brown Jr. He attended first grade at Santa Rosa Day School and loved playing with his friends.
His favorite sport was basketball, and he was making shots, practicing with his older brother Marcel. His favorite TV show was "Odd Squad" on PBS, and he liked cartoons with Ninja Turtles and Batman. He loved to listen to music with his mom, dad, brother and cousins and especially just being with his family and friends.
Survivors include his parents; two brothers, Marcel Brown and Ivan Wichapa; a sister, Moriana Wichapa; paternal grandparents, Laverne Enos and Jonathan Ortega; maternal grandfather, Stanley Martin; and great-grandfather, Jose Enriques. He was preceded in death by grandparents Gary Brown Sr. and Cecelia Enriques.
Funeral Mass celebrated at 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 7, at the Enos home in Gha'cka, with all-night wake following. Burial at 7 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 8, in Gha'cka Cemetery.
