Omar Ontiveros

COOLIDGE - Omar Alejandro Ontiveros, 18, of Coolidge died on July 21, 2013, in Casa Grande.

Visitation began at 5 p.m. Tuesday at J. Warren Funeral Services, Cole & Maud Coolidge Chapel. The funeral there will be at 9 a.m. today. Burial will be in Heritage Valley Memorial Park.

Mr. Ontiveros was born on Aug. 31, 1994, in Chandler. He was a student.

Survivors include his mother, Teresa Sandoval of Coolidge; a brother, Jason Ontiveros of Coolidge; a sister, Mariana Ontiveros of Coolidge; and grandparents, Cipriano and Irma Ontiveros of Casa Grande and Rosario Perez of Sinaloa, Mexico. He was preceded in death by a sister, Kenia Ontiveros.
