Pablo Andaverde

MARICOPA — Pablo Andaverde, 78, of Maricopa died on May 11, 2012, at Hospice Family Care in Casa Grande.
Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. Wednesday at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Casa Grande, with rosary recited at 10. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30. Burial will be in Mountain View Cemetery.
Mr. Andaverde was born on June 3, 1933, in Mercedes, Texas, and was a son of Rafael and Julia Andaverde. He was a farmworker from age 13 until retiring at 65. He was devoted to his family.
Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Maria; four daughters, Consuelo A. Clarkin of Yuma, Alice Andaverde of Maricopa, Angela Burgess of Kingman and Susana Andaverde of Maricopa; four sons, Paul, Frank and Louis Andaverde, all of Maricopa, and David Andaverde of Mesa; a sister, Emma Garza of Casa Grande; a brother, Octaviano Andaverde of Apache Junction; 35 grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by three sons, Johnny, Ricky and Jessie Andaverde; a daughter, Paula Garcia; and two brothers, Victor and Lalo Andaverde.
