Patricia "Patty" Garza

Patty Garza passed away April 11, 2014. Patty was born on November 12, 1953 at Hoemako
Hospital in Casa Grande. She attended Evergreen Elementary School, Casa Grande Jr.
High and graduated from CGUHS in 1971. Patty worked at Grants Dept. Store, Skyline Mobile Home Manufacturing, Hexcel, Mary C. O’Brien School and Electrical District #2. She loved spending her free time camping and cooking out in the desert with her family and friends. She loved spending summers in the White Mountains where she would go fishing with her husband and children while enjoying the mountain fresh air. Patty could sit outdoors and read for hours. She was an awesome cook, specializing in Mexican food. She always had a smile on her face and a welcoming heart to whomever entered her home. She doted on her grandchildren and attended as many of their ball games as time permitted.
She is survived by Jesse, her husband of 40 years, her daughter Khristi Howard (Casa Grande), her son Brian Garza (Casa Grande), her step-daughter Victoria Garza (North Carolina), four grandchildren, her mother Pearl Wallace (Casa Grande), her sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Cleo Wallace and her brother Mike Wallace.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Jesse and Patty’s on May 17th.
