Patricia Phelps

Patricia Ann Phelps, 83, of Casa Grande died on Nov. 13, 2012, at Oasis Pavilion Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.
A private service is planned.
Mrs. Phelps was born on July 17, 1929, in Memphis and was a daughter of William Mullholland and Emma Wilson. She was a high school teacher before retirement. She was a member of Cabin Fever Quilt Club in Chimacum, Wash., and attended Elks activities. She loved reading, boating, quilting and cooking. Travel was her passion.
Survivors include her husband, Richard "Dick" Phelps; two sons, Frank Cahill of Anchorage, Alaska, and William "Bill" Cahill of Maple Valley, Wash.; three daughters, Sandie James of Kent, Wash., Annette Johnson of Wenatchee, Wash., and Collette Wilson of Port Angeles, Wash.; 10 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two sisters.
