Paul Thompson

SACATON — Paul Nathan Thompson, 33, died on April 5, 2012, at home.
The wake will be from 6 to 10 p.m. today at the District 3 Service Center. The graveside service will be at 7 a.m. Friday in East Sacaton Cemetery, with Loretta Blackwater officiating.
Mr. Thompson was born on March 27, 1979, in Mesa. He attended Sacaton elementary schools and graduated from Casa Grande Union High School in 1997. He attended Arizona Institute of Business and Technology, received a certificate in computer networking and worked on a casino hard count crew. He had many talents and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and playing guitar and accordion.
Survivors include his companion, Shawnee Sam; a daughter, Ashley Thompson of Sacaton; a son, Nathan Thompson of Sacaton; his father, Edmund L. Thompson Sr. of Sacaton; and a sister, Mary Thompson of Sacaton. He was preceded in death by his mother, Lucille Thompson, and three brothers, Shawn, Stephen and Edmund Thompson Jr.
