Pauline C. Salmons

Pauline C. Salmons, 80, of McNeal died Sept. 11, 2008 in Casa Grande.


Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church.

Mrs. Salmons was born in Decatur, Ill. Her mother and stepfather were Bessie and Newell Shriver. She was a cook for the Casa Grande Elementary School District and enjoyed it. She was very proud to have cooked for the nuns at St. Anthony's in the late 1960s. She enjoyed sewing and cooking and loved her family.

Survivors include her husband, William A.; three sons, Charles "Bill" and Bryan Salmons of Casa Grande and Tony Salmons of Los Angeles; a daughter, Paula Salmons of Casa Grande; a stepbrother, Kenneth Shriver of Missouri; a stepsister, Thelma Harrison of Missouri; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Paul Salmons.
