Payton Destiny Neal, infant daughter of Shannon and Rico Neal of Casa Grande, was born and died on Dec. 27, 2013, at Casa Grande Regional Medical Center.

The memorial service will be at 6 p.m. Monday at First Assembly of God, with Pastor Jerry Rotan officiating.

Other survivors include grandparents, Traci and Chris Calvo and Debra Erickson, all of Casa Grande, and great-grandmother Jane Dewitt of Phoenix.

J. Warren Funeral Services, Cole & Maud The Gardens Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
