Phillip Jackson

SACATON - Phillip Jackson, 54, of Sacaton died on Nov. 23, 2016.

Mr. Jackson was born on March 21, 1962, in Sacaton and was a son of Everette Jackson Sr. and Janet Johnson. He was known as humble and caring and a "goofy guy." He was always willing to help a friend or family member when there was a need. He lived exactly the way he wanted: simply.

Survivors include two daughters, Melissa and Nadine Jackson; a son, Henry Jackson; three brothers, Russell Johnson, Anthony and Michael Jackson; and two sisters, Ginette Jackson and Regina Johnson. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Everette Jackson Jr.

Visitation beginning at 6 p.m. Friday, Jan. 6, at the District 3 Service Center. Memorial service at 7 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 7, at Sacaton First Presbyterian Church, with graveside service following in East Sacaton Cemetery.
