Ramon Linares, 71, of Casa Grande died on March 29, 2011, at Oasis Pavilion Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.
Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. Saturday at J. Warren Funeral Services, Cole & Maud The Gardens Chapel. The funeral will follow at 10, with Pastor Efrain Mancillas officiating. Burial will be in Mountain View Cemetery.
Mr. Linares was born on July 15, 1939, in Mexico and was a son of Antonia Linares. He was a member of El Centro Cristiano Nueva Vida, loved his church and was a Christian man. He loved his dogs and nicknamed all his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who called him “Linares.” He played guitar and accordion.
Survivors include four stepsons, Cruz, Arnulfo, Alfred and Anthony Molina, all of Casa Grande; two stepdaughters, Tomasa Molina Garcia and Isabel Molina Hernandez of Casa Grande; 27 grandchildren; and 34 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Celestina, and a great-grandchild, Travon Troell.
