ELOY - Ray Anthony Anguiano, 56, of Phoenix died on Jan. 22, 2014.
Rosary will be recited at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. Helen of the Cross Catholic Church in Eloy. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 by the Rev. Alonzo Garcia. Burial will be in Eloy Memorial Park.
Mr. Anguiano was born on Oct. 5, 1957, in Casa Grande. He was a government maintenance worker and loved animals, especially his dog, Smoky. He was very traditional in his culture and a simple man who loved to be around family and friends. He helped people and was a sponsor dedicated to his granddaughter.
Survivors include a daughter, Crystal Anguiano of Eloy; a son, Ray Anguiano Jr. of Eloy; eight sisters, Margaret Ceja of New York, Sandra Anguiano of Eloy, Connie Norsia of Maricopa, Gloria Anguiano of Phoenix, Rhonda Coronado of Sells, Mary Ann Estala and Janes Munoz of Tucson and Janet McCargo of Killeen, Texas; three brothers, Julius Anguiano of Sells, Raymundo Martinez and Joseph Anguiano of Eloy; and three granddaughters. He was preceded in death by his wife and the love of his life, Mary; his parents, Felix and Alice Anguiano; two brothers, Marvin and Felix Anguiano; and a sister, Paula Jimenez.
