Ray F. Shillingburg

October 30, 1943 — March 2, 2006

Born in Cross, W. Va., he was Jehovah's Witness. He moved to Arizona in 1997 and had a janitorial business. He was active in Jehovah Witnesses, serving as an elder and on the Arizona Regional Building Committee, overseeing installation of heating and air-conditioning units in new kingdom halls. He was devoted to his family.
