SELLS - Raymond Edmund Lopez, 47, of Phoenix died on June 13, 2015.
The wake will begin at 6 p.m. Thursday at the Genevieve Enos home, 24 Bobcat Circle in Sells. The graveside service will be at 5 a.m. Friday in Baptist Cemetery in Sells, with Pastor Jay Juan officiating.
Mr. Lopez was born on July 18, 1967, in Phoenix. He was a construction worker and enjoyed watching TV movies, football and basketball, hanging out with friends and going to the park. He always worked, took care of his grandmother when she was living and formerly worked for the Phoenix Suns. He also was an ordained pastor.
Survivors include two daughters, Cynthia Lopez and Desirre Carrillo of Phoenix; a son, Raymond Lopez of Phoenix; his mother, Roanne Weahkee of Phoenix; two sisters, Rose-Marie Pinkerton of Phoenix and Alanna Weahkee-Rios of South Dakota; and five grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, Edmund Lopez.
