Reynald A. Armenta, 84, a longtime barber and Casa Grande native, died on May 12, 2010, at Southern Arizona VA Health Care Center in Tucson.
Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. Saturday at J. Warren Funeral Services, Cole & Maud The Gardens Chapel. The scripture service there will follow at 11, with Deacon Tino Tarango officiating. Burial will be in Mountain View Cemetery.
Mr. Armenta was born on Nov. 23, 1925, and was a son of Encarnacion and Antonia Armenta. He graduated from Casa Grande Union High School and served in the Navy during World War II. He owned and operated a barber shop for 50 years in Casa Grande. He was well-liked and devoted to his family. He loved life and was known for his sense of humor.
Survivors include his wife, Aida; four daughters, Rhonda, Roxanne, Jana and Rochelle; a brother, Lionel; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
