Rhonda Ann Howard

SANTAN - Rhonda Ann Howard, 59, died Dec. 30, 2008 at Maricopa Medical Center in Phoenix.


The wake will begin at 6 p.m. Tuesday at the District 4 Service Center. The funeral will be at 8 a.m. Wednesday at Upper Santan Presbyterian Church. Burial will be in Upper Santan Cemetery.

Ms. Howard was born March in Sacaton and was a daughter of Delbert and Myrtle Osife. She was a homemaker and a member of Upper Santan Presbyterian Church. She enjoyed beading, cooking and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Survivors include two sons, Ronald Howard and Frelan J. Wellington Jr. of Upper Santan; a brother, Vernon Knox of Laveen; and several grandchildren. She was preceded in death by six brothers and five sisters.
