Richard Yucupicio

COOLIDGE - Richard Yucupicio, 38, of Coolidge died on July 21, 2020, at Mountain Vista Medical Center in Mesa.

Mr. Yucupicio was born on Oct. 1, 1981, in Phoenix to Leonard and Diana Yucupicio of Blackwater on the Gila River Indian Community. He always was willing to help and cared about those closest to him. He enjoyed spending time with his kids and family and was always joking and making them laugh.

He enjoyed his family rivalry, rooting for Sparky and the Arizona State squad, and anytime he could display his team logos he did. He enjoyed playing volleyball, listening to old-school rap and rock music and loved cooking and eating spaghetti. He was happy and recently got engaged to his girlfriend and had plans to start a new journey in his life.

He is survived by his parents; four children, Lorena, Zolen, Joshua and Kaylee; and four siblings, Lenora Mora, Daniel, Arianna Eleando and Justina Yucupicio.
