Robert "Bob" Kingslien

ARIZONA CITY - Robert "Bob" Kingslien, 76, of Arizona City died peacefully at home on Jan. 29, 2017.

Mr. Kingslien was born on May 17, 1940, in Hamlin County, South Dakota, to Henry and Frances Kingslien. He was always happy with a sense of humor. He served in the Army from 1959 to 1962 and was recognized for teaching children in Okinawa to play basketball. His hobbies mainly consisted of fishing, golf and anything baseball related. He enjoyed life and spending time with his family.

He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Lynnette; six brothers, Bill, Kenneth, Keith, James, David and Paul Kingslien; and four sisters, Shirley Strande, Janet Hodges, Carol Walch and Donna Ayres. He was preceded in death by two nephews.
