COOLIDGE — Robert Lee "JuJu" Calvin III, 20, of Coolidge died on Sept. 2, 2012, in Coolidge.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at J. Warren Funeral Services, Cole & Maud Coolidge Chapel. The funeral will be at 9 a.m. Saturday at Community Presbyterian Church of Coolidge, with Pastor Steve White officiating. Burial will be in Valley Memorial Park.
Mr. Calvin was born on Nov. 1, 1991, in Casa Grande. He was a student at Central Arizona College and enjoyed both eating and cooking. He often was the barbecue master at family functions. He was very kind, caring, loving and respectful and made friends easily. He was a type of big brother to many he met. He liked all children and loved the ladies, who also loved him. The children he adored most were his own.
His hobbies were fishing, riding quads and spending time with family and friends. He was everyone's barber and tattoo artist as well.
Survivors include four daughters, Essence, Juelesha and Faith Calvin, all of Phoenix, and Aquavia Calvin of Mesa; a son, Robert Calvin IV of Phoenix; his parents, Martha L. Jeffries of Mesa and Robert L. Calvin Jr. of Phoenix; stepparents, Terri Chapman of Maricopa, James Jeffries of Mesa, Julia and Emilio Lara of Coolidge; five sisters, Dantaysha Richardson and Jaylin Jeffries of Mesa, Ronysha Chapman of Maricopa, Nyjalee Calvin and Joliyah Warren of Phoenix; and eight brothers, Roderick Calvin of Mesa, Rohlin Calvin of Coolidge, Duwan Richardson and Dymitre Finley of Mesa, Raheem, Bobby and Tramyne Calvin, all of Phoenix, and Frankie Felex of Chandler.
