Robert Hydrick

MARICOPA - Robert Lee Hydrick, 74, of Maricopa died on Jan. 5, 2018, surrounded by his loving family.

Mr. Hydrick was born on Aug. 20, 1943, in Lima, Peru, to John and Kuna (Van Der Mullen) Hydrick. He was a giving and funny man and loved his family, sharing his passion of space with them.

He was an independent man who never let his disability slow him down. Despite being paraplegic, he enjoyed sailing on the ocean and flying small planes. His love for Jesus was an inspiration to his family.

He is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Pamala (Bunting) Hydrick; two daughters, Brittany Bryan and Heidi Aranda; 10 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

No funeral at his request.
