Robert Lee Mitchell

Robert Lee Mitchell, 65, of Tucson died on June 5, 2015.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at J. Warren Funeral Services, Mountain View Chapel. Burial will be in Mountain View Cemetery.

Mr. Mitchell was born on Nov. 6, 1949, in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, to Basey and Annie Mae Mitchell. He attended school in Maricopa, enlisted in the Army, became very ill and received an honorable discharge. He worked at various jobs around Maricopa, including for the water company for more than 20 years.

Survivors include a son, Robert Mitchell Jr.; two brothers, the Rev. Leroy Mitchell and Joseph L. Mitchell; and four sisters, Ailean Washington, Naomi Jones, Annie Yates and Lorene Hundley. He was preceded in death by his wife, Carol.
